Digital fluency and Digital Technologies - what do these mean?
    13 August
Public discussion Created by Tessa Gray

Enabling e-Learning interviewed Catherine Johnson (Project Lead, Kia Takatū ā-Matihiko | Digital Readiness Programme) last week and asked:

    • What do you think teachers are doing well with DTs?
    • What should they focus on when addressing the new DT | HM curricula?
    • Where can they go for help?

How are you finding the segway between ICT/e-learning capabilities and digital technologies? What does this look like at your school?

I've found that teachers like this poster as it helps them to think about the differences between each aspect and to reflect on what aspects their students are already doing. In most cases, teachers realise that their students are already doing at least some aspects of the new content. It's a great way to think about what more could be done as a next step.
