He wero tēnei mō ngā kaiako me ngā ākonga katoa, kia ruku ai ki ngā kupu hou mō te Hangarau Matihiko. 

 

Whakaritea he ataata poto (kia 1.30 miniti te mōrahi) mō tētahi, ētahi rānei o ngā kupu matua o te marautanga Hangarau Matihiko e whakamārama ana i te ariā nui mō aua kupu.

Kua huakina tēnei whakataetae ki ngā tāngata katoa o roto i ngā kura o Aotearoa. Ko te tino whāinga kia ākona ngā kupu hou me ngā ariā hou o te marautanga Hangarau Matihiko. Kāore he herenga, ko wai ka uru (tērā pea ka hiahia koutou ki te whakauru i ō koutou whānau ki tō ataata, ki ngā mahi waihanga rānei).

Terms and Conditions

General

- The competition is open to Year 1 to Year 13 students and teachers from across the country as outlined in the entry categories. Disqualified participants may not enter into the competition.

- Entry into the competition is deemed to be acceptance of the entry criteria and confirmation that the entrant has the necessary authority to enter the competition.

- Kia Takatū ā-Matihiko reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the competition on reasonable grounds.

- Kia Takatū ā-Matihiko reserves the right to refuse to award any prize to an entrant who Kia Takatū ā-Matihiko decides (in its sole discretion) has not adhered to the entry criteria, gained unfair advantage in participating in the competition, or won using fraudulent means.

- Kia Takatū ā-Matihiko reserves the right to change the category of any entry submitted who Kia Takatū ā-Matihiko decides the entry does not fit the criteria of the nominated category.

- By participating, entrants grant Kia Takatū ā-Matihiko permission to use their names, photographs, and digital creations in connection with the competition and for future promotion and marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use.

- All entrant personal details will be held by Kia Takatū ā-Matihiko and may be used for the purpose of the competition and for future promotion and marketing purposes unless otherwise directed by entrants at the time of entry.

- Kia Takatū ā-Matihiko accepts no responsibility for late or misdirected entries.

Prizes

- Prizes will be awarded to a nominated school of the winning entries

- The winners will be determined by a panel of judges who will use the entry categories criteria of the competition.

- The judges’ determination of the winners will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

- The winners will be notified by email, phone (voice or text) or mail and must be available for the preparation of all publicity that may be required by Kia Takatū ā-Matihiko.

- The prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable. In the event that the prize specified in the competition becomes unavailable for any reason the promoter may substitute a prize of like or equal value.

Kia Takatū ā-Matihiko responsibility

- Kia Takatū ā-Matihiko reserves the right to extend or discontinue the competition at any stage, for any reason.

- To the fullest extent permitted by law Kia Takatū ā-Matihiko will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of competition entry or winning competition prizes.

Acceptance

- Participation in the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
